| StopnDrop Auctions has opened its first
eBay
(Nasdaq:EBAY) drop off location
at 12362 Olive Boulevard in the Westgate
Centre, one half mile west of Highway
270. The store's doors opened to the public
on June 5.
StopnDrop is positioned
as the perfect solution for those who
have items they would like to list for
auction of eBay, America's hottest electronic
marketplace, but do not have the time,
expertise, equipment, or inclination to
do so on their own.
"StopnDrop makes
selling on eBay effortless and fun,"
says Darren Eilers, CEO of the company.
"The client brings his or her unwanted
item(s) into the store for an on the spot
appraisal. If it meets our listing requirements,
including a minimum estimated sale price
of $30, our agents will write a detailed
description, take professional-quality
photographs, and list it for sale on eBay.
"We follow the auction
from beginning to end, answering bidder
questions, arranging payment and shipping
the item to the winning bidder. When the
item sells, the client receives a check
in the mail minus commission fees."
"We also have
in place fundraising programs for schools,
churches, non-profits, and other organizations
that require far less administrative work
than traditional campaigns," said
Eilers. Organization members simply bring
their unwanted item into the store and
mention the name of the participating
school, church or non-profit.

we send the organization a check for the
net proceeds," Eilers said.
Items that sell well
on eBay include — but ate not limited
to — cameras, computers, electronics,
antiques, art, collectibles, jewelry,
watches, clothing, housewares, sports
equipment, and memorabilia.
Future plans to establish
StopnDrop sites at other strategic locations
in the region and expanding to other parts
of the country.

10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday,
10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 1 -
